PROCESSING

All items are made to order. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your order to be delivered.

SHIPPING

We ship anywhere in the United States and Canada.

*If you are based outside of the U.S., you are responsible for remitting any taxes and fees charged on your order by customs (if applicable).

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

REFUNDS

Because our products are made to order, all sales are FINAL. We do not offer returns and no refund will be issued unless we are unable to fill the order.

EXCHANGES

We will only exchange unused/unworn items if there was an error on our part. Any claims for damaged/incorrect items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.

*If you notice an issue with your order, please submit a claim. DO NOT return orders without contacting us first. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity without a replacement sent.
